RETURN POLICY
No returns are allowed. Unless and until, if the product (excluding freebies) received is damaged/defective/Wrong, then kindly contact to our customer support team within 12 hours of delivery along with an image and video of the item delivered. Our team will contact you as soon as possible.

Unboxing Video: To process your return, we require a video of you unpacking the goods upon delivery. This video should clearly capture the condition of the items before you remove them from the packaging.
Return Window: Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.
Item Condition: Returned items must be in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags and packaging and freebies.
Contact Us: Please contact our customer support team. Provide your order number and reason for return.
Provide Unboxing Video: Once your return is approved, you will be instructed to upload the unboxing video to the Google form or through WhatsApp .
Shipping: You will be responsible for the shipping costs of returning the item.
1. Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: If you wish to return a product, you must notify our customer service team either within 24 hours of receiving the product or as specified under the description of product.
Condition: Returns will only be accepted if the product is in its original condition, including all tags, packaging and freebies. Return will only be accepted if it is accompanied with original receipt/bill.
2. Items Eligible for Return
Product Categories: Only products that are marked as returnable on the website can be returned.
Non-Returnable Items: Electronic items, glass items, and other sensitive products are not eligible for return unless they are damaged or defective.
3. Return Process
Notification: If the product you received is defective/damaged/wrong, please notify our customer service team within 8 hours. Our customer service team will send you a form to your registered email or whatsapp number, which you have to fill up stating the reason behind return and refund.
Verification: Our team will review the information you provide and decide whether the return can be accepted or not.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is damaged or defective.
Order Cancellations
Timing: Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 1 hour of placing the order.
Conditions: Cancellation requests may not be entertained if the order has already been processed or dispatched for shipping.
Non-Cancellable Items
Categories: Cancellation policy may not be applicable, If the description of the product states that it will not be cancelled later.
Exceptions: Refunds or replacements will only be made if the customer establishes that the product quality is substandard upon receipt.
Reporting Damaged or Defective Items
Notification: Any damaged or defective items must be reported to our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt.
Verification: The merchant will verify the claim, and the request will only be entertained after their verification process.
Product Discrepancy
Notification: If the product received does not match the website description or your expectations, report the issue to our Customer Service within 48 hours of receipt.
Resolution: Our Customer Service Team will evaluate your complaint and decide on an appropriate course of action.
Manufacturer Warranty
Warranty Issues: For products that come with a manufacturer's warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly for resolution.
Refund Process
Approval: Refunds will be processed only after approval from KriDaanC.
Duration: Once approved, refunds will be processed within 9-15 business days.
